A fine flame mahogany veneered and parcel gilt carved box, the floral and reed carved rectangular lid opening to reveal a natural blonde sycamore interior, the front with an elaborate rocaille brass handle and escutcheon, on a gadrooned carved base with four acanthus leaf cast feet.
