Chippendale's Signature

A fine walnut burl veneered and carved mahogany writing desk, the serpentine top with a gadrooned carved edge and three burnished leather inserts, above five drawers surrounding the kneehole to one side and two cabinets to the reverse, on finely acanthus carved cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet.
